STUDIO POLICY
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the studio policies. A clear understanding of the policies will reduce confusion later on.

Bookings : We require complete payment on all time booked to be made in advance. If your deposit is not received we reserve the right to forfeit your time slot to another client who has made the deposit for the same time slot. Cancellation requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session time will not be accepted.

Payment : The balance of your payment must be settled before receiving any final files in case of session extension. You can make payment by cash, bank transfer, UPI or paytm.

Starting Time : When you schedule a session, it is expected you will arrive at the agreed upon starting time. It should be understood that we will bill you from the beginning of your scheduled time regardless of what time you arrive.

Equipment Policy : We have an extensive instrument collection, certain pieces of which are available to use at our discretion, some equipment may require a rental fee. Any equipment damaged or broken by clients will be repaired or replaced at cost and billed accordingly.

Drugs and contrabands : Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a session if a client appears to be under the influence
